As you have heard, Covid-19 has become a worldwide pandemic. We wanted to assure our clients that we have taken the warnings from the CDC, WHO, as well as state and local government seriously. As such, we wanted to get communication to our clients about how we can help during this unprecedented time.
Service: Our maintenance and construction teams are working as usual. We will continue to maintain your property. If the state provides new updates and/or requirements that do not allow us to go to work, we will update you. 
Cleanliness: We are cleaning the trucks, tools, and office facilities to disinfect daily. The health of our team is paramount, and doesn’t just affect them (as you know), but everyone they come into contact with.
Walkthroughs: We will continue to hold all scheduled walkthroughs unless you request we cancel. If you would prefer to NOT walk, your account manager with LaBahn’s Landscaping WILL walk the property anyway and provide notes and updates as you would expect from us. We will continue to be your eyes on the property!

We will continue to be your eyes on the property, keeping drains clear, shrubs trimmed back from buildings, maintaining healthy plant material and managing your irrigation. We want your common areas to be beautiful and a safe place while more people are spending time at home. Worrying about Landscaping should be last on your list.
