Saturday was a crunch day. I am very grateful to Manuel and his crew again for staying late, on a weekend to make our project look as amazing as it does. Again a very cold day and some unexpected delays. By the end of the day it was brought to my attention that there was 50% of the Karupia left over. Clearly a very large financial mistake as we didn’t plan for it being placed anywhere else therefore there weren’t sprinklers ready. This sod is finicky as I am sure you are aware. However; without hesitation and with the willingness to be sure the mistake wasn’t a complete loss, Manuel and his crew quickly laid it out and we hand watered it so that we wouldn’t loose the overage. Again, without complaint and only to make sure everything was done the best that it could be. One of the men walked my husband through all of the sprinklers and made sure they were on our app program correctly. Very knowledgeable and eager to make sure Jack knew how to set everything up.
Yesterday Manuel and some of the crew were back. They were fine tuning and making sure that everything was clean and in order. I made sure that I articulated how much I appreciated his work ethic, his humbleness when speaking with me and/or understanding how to handle any concerns I had. I felt safe with your crew, I feel they respected our home, family and animals. They are all busy, efficient, clean and respectful and I am grateful for this. While I did let Manuel know my appreciation, I felt it necessary that you understood what a fabulous experience I had with Manuel and his crew.
