Information provided on this site does not constitute a binding contract for services. All landscaping projects and maintenance agreements require a separate, signed written contract (Service Agreement) to be valid.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

All content on this site—including the LaBahn’s Landscaping logo, project photography, landscape designs, and proprietary maintenance methodologies—is the property of Verde Property Services and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our portfolio images for commercial purposes without express written consent.

  1. Accuracy of Quotes and Estimates

Any online "request for quote" or estimated pricing provided via the website is preliminary. Final pricing is subject to a physical site inspection by a LaBahn’s Landscaping representative and the issuance of a formal proposal. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors caused by technical glitches.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Verde Property Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for accessing this site.

  1. Supplemental Terms for Contests & Promotions

From time to time, LaBahn’s Landscaping may offer promotions, "Free Property Assessment" giveaways, or social media contests. The following terms apply:

  • Eligibility: Promotions are limited to commercial property owners or authorized managers located within our service areas in San Diego County and surrounding regions.
  • No Purchase Necessary: For any sweepstakes or random drawings, no purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Prize Terms: Prizes (such as "Free Tree Trimming" or "Landscape Consultations") are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within 90 days.
  • Publicity Release: By entering a contest, you grant LaBahn’s Landscaping the right to use the property’s "Before and After" photos in marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Modification: We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time due to unforeseen site conditions or safety concerns.
