At LaBahn’s Landscaping, we believe that to make our customers happy, we first need to make our employees happy. Our commitment to employee satisfaction and development stems from a firm belief that our people are our most valuable resource.

Our team is important to us. We celebrate birthdays, babies, weddings and more. We do our best to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees and strive for a positive work environment. Because there are multiple office locations, not everyone has an opportunity to interact daily, but we coordinate events throughout the year to gather as a full team. We believe in open communication and “open book” management and we readily share information that will contribute to an employee’s success.

We also teach the LaBahn’s Training Program to help build a solid foundation of plant care knowledge, irrigation and customer service skills. 

Possessing a California driver’s license is desired but not required. All employees must be able to lift 50 lbs. and will complete a physical exam upon hiring. We are an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
