Favian’s landscape career began, of all places, in New York. He started out doing irrigation work and eventually moved into landscape maintenance. His favorite part about working in landscaping is that he gets to be outside and coach his crews to continuously provide quality work. He has paid forward everything he knows because he appreciates all that he learned from other co-workers who helped him grow.

Fun Fact: Favian is a big sports fan and enjoys watching soccer, basketball, and cheering for the NY Giants.
