Carlos started at LaBahn’s in 2013 as a member of a gardening crew. Since then, he has worked his way up to crew leader, irrigation technician, production manager, and now enhancement manager. Carlos provides unparalleled customer service to his clients. He even has a three word mantra he uses to help him consistently do his job well: plan, prepare and execute.

Fun Fact: Carlos is a family man at heart. He spends time with his family dancing, fishing, playing soccer and going to the gym.
