At the age of 21, Ruben discovered that he enjoyed solving problems and making landscapes look healthy and green. He joined a landscape crew and quickly moved up to foreman, irrigation tech, and now production manager. 

Ruben enjoys his job because he gets to learn something new every day. He especially likes the team aspect of landscaping, where he not only gets to teach others what he knows, but learn and grow from them as well. He’s always open to new experiences and jumps at an opportunity to try new things and travel to new places.

Fun Fact: Ruben is a father to 4 beautiful children (3 girls and 1 boy). He likes spending time with his kids, whether it’s teaching them to drive, playing XBOX, or taking them shopping.
