Jessica got her start in the landscaping industry while working as an assistant to Mike LaBahn. During this time, she saw what it was like to run a company. Her landscape knowledge came naturally over the years of while working with the team.

Jessica enjoys what she does because it provides her with a variety of challenges to problem solve and the opportunity to help others grow. She takes great pride in helping people to realize their potential and become better versions of themselves. A key factor in being successful in her job as Director of Operations is the ability to positively interact with other people. Knowing how to work different personality types, understanding how to communicate effectively, and being able to adapt her communication style to suit the situation is what makes her a great manager.

Fun Fact: Jessica like to spend time with friends and family, walk along the beach, listen to music, watch movies, cook, and explore San Diego.
